Frequently asked questions
Cruxlab works with companies of different sizes, from startups to Fortune 500. We help startups get traction and funding by building MVPs and support them through expansion. We work with established medium sized companies helping them transition from legacy systems and adopt new technologies. We have worked across many industries where software puts an organization to a next level of efficiency, which includes healthcare, connected fitness, education, mobility and transportation, entertainment and other industries.
We are goal oriented as a team and we always look for the value we can bring to the table. Every business case is unique and our first step is to understand your specific case, including financials. Things that are called the same can be done very differently and thus cost differently. From quick prototypes built with the help of AI to fully custom digital products tailored to demanding user needs, we find the solution that fits your specific business case, including budget. Building software is expensive, but it is a way cheaper to build it with the right team.
Every project at Cruxlab starts with the discovery phase. We want to understand who your customer is, what they are presumably looking for, what your business unique offering is in this space, and how we can help you get there. Your input can be as short as a paragraph and as long as dozens of specification pages. The goal here is to get on the same page of understanding the business and unfold from a firm ground. Depending on the size and complexity of the business the discovery phase will range from a one week sprint to multiple iterations with interim weekly outputs.
