Our goal is to ensure a convenient safe means of transportation within the city. Our app offers a user-friendly and intuitive interface for taxi bookings. Moovic aims to offer advantages such as a wide selection of transportation options, convenient features, and reliable services.

The Challenge
Based on the collected data, the analysis highlighted the main problem that people face while using the taxi app:
- Lack of available vehicles
- Incorrect address or route
- Payment problems
- Unsatisfactory service quality
- Safety concerns
The project team took on the challenge to:
- Ensure reliable and fast operation of the app by identifying and fixing bugs, reducing loading times, and optimizing resources.
- Provide a convenient and intuitive interface that is easy to understand and use. Make the booking and payment process simple and fast.
- Optimize the system for searching and allocating available vehicles to ensure fast and efficient service for all users.
- Enhance the route determination and delivery execution system to ensure accuracy and reliability in delivering users to their destinations.
- Implement mechanisms for driver ratings and feedback from users to influence service quality and increase customer satisfaction.
Our impact
We took complete ownership of the product carrying out the full project life cycle starting from competitive analysis and in-depth interviews with members of the target audience up to shipping of the product and reacting to user’s feedback.
The Solution
Our team developed native iOS and Android Passenger and Driver apps and marketing landing page.
Introducing RIB architecture on both platforms had a positive effect on development team efficiency, app’s maintainability and scalability, allowed to swiftly react to change requests.
Utilising Google maps platform with custom real-time route tracking not only looks good on the app but also offers an accurate information on the vehicle’s movement, estimated arrival time, and notifications regarding any route changes or delays.
We have ensured a convenient communication channel between the driver and the passenger, whether through an in-app chat or the ability to make phone calls. This enables the resolution of any queries or clarification of details during the trip.
Selecting Stripe as a Payment solution ensures convenience, security, and efficiency for users, contributing to a positive user experience when using taxi services.
The Result
The completed turnkey project is on sale as a white-label product, it can be launched by new or existing taxi business.
